I am Leena Mehta, Professor in an Engineering institution . I was fitness freak since years but didn’t actually found my calmness in gym. Being working woman I hardly get time for myself. But when lockdown began , like all other citizens I also started browsing Instagram and there I found Shani’s yoga videos. Those videos made me her die hard fan. I joined her classes 6 months back… Before joining her online training sessions I used to go for swimming, hiking. Running etc. To be very frank I tried almost all types of exercise routines. I also learned Yoga from here and there. But I found what I was looking for in Shani’s classes and that’s development and correctness of postures, flexibility and strength. Shani performs yoga really good but she teaches it even better. She looks and explains the postures so correctly and minutely that even lame person can do it easily. In spite of having spondylitis, I could do headstand and that’s when I started admiring her even more. She also explained all chakras and shudhhi kriyas so well. The best part of her classes is which I enjoy the most is that every class is different, she has so much in her bag that I always keep wondering.
