After joining Shani’s 1st class, my muscles were trembling from head to toe but I got hooked. But after 3 months I can say that there are definitely a lot of changes I notice in my body.
There was a certain sense of simplicity in your classes. Yoga always seemed complicated with different schools of thoughts etc. but with you – it seemed very simple and doable and once I started, I felt, it was perfect for me.
I was just amazed by how positive I felt just by looking at Shani doing the asanas and how easy she made them look. And the classes were designed in a way that I hardly had any doubts but if any, Shani was always there to assist, help and take time to explain.
The classes turned out to be beyond my expectations. I lacked strength and needed to go to the gym, but thanks to regular routines and details about poses given by Shani, now i can hold my planks or downward dogs or many other poses with much more ease.
After every class I am full of energy yet calm from inside. Before yoga classes, I experienced bad stomach aches during my periods and used to be on medicines but now I am pain – free and stopped my medicines (which is a great deal for me).
I love how her class feels holistic. It starts from a simple mindful practice and ends with mindfulness and offers a unique challenge in every class.
Shani tries to connect with everyone, gives personalized attention and especially her inputs on small corrections make all the difference.
Shani’s observation skills are commendable, how she watches each of us (even in a zoom class) and help us perfect our poses to the best of our abilities. As I said, I have found the best yoga teacher in her.

She is like the guiding North Star who has guided me effortlessly through the virtual medium to practice correct way!! With Shani, I learnt that Yoga is much more & a personal growth through each class!
I used to think that a persons flexibility will increase if you do Yoga. But now I realize, that no matter what your fitness level or flexibility is, you will benefit from a regular yoga practice. A year ago I was able to do only 20 Sun Salutations in a stretch. A few months after joining her classes I was able to do 108 Sun Salutations. So I know Yoga definitely improved my endurance and Strength. I see a lot of positive changes mentally and physically!
I am with her since 9 months and I am enjoying my “me time “with her. Each session with her is so enriching for my soul and body. She continuously monitors us and encourages and push us beyond our mental boundaries.
Her classes are very unique . The way she instructs each and every student it’s just awesome. Very calm, pleasant voice, even the toughest days will be easy after doing yoga. I can proudly tell, that with Shani Yoga I am more stronger emotionally and fitter physically.

The main reason I was looking for a yoga instructor was because I suffer from very severe migraine problem. I used to get migraine attacks at atleast twice a week and it would just end up in me taking painkillers. I was advised by a lot of people to try yoga as it might help with migraine. Honestly, I believe it has.
With Shani’s classes, physically, I can clearly see that I’ve grown stronger. And mentally, it has done wonders. Looking at these past few months, I am much calmer, and the days I do yoga, I can see the difference.
It did take me few classes to get hang of everything but later it was not very difficult to understand. I have been associated with Shani for over 7 months now and I enjoy the meditation and breathing sessions a lot. I would definitely recommend Shani’s classes to friends and family if they are interested to work on their body and mind.
I have been practicing yoga with Shani for the past 4 months intermittently given my work schedule. She explains the asanas in detail, makes you aware of your body and engages your core in a way that you don’t even feel like you are working out. I started yoga in my life 5-6years back. Post my delivery for twins, I was not on the overweight side but my health declined as I gave the least priority to it. I started having acute wrist tendinitis.
When the severity increased, I felt almost disabled with just 2-3 year old toddlers. Forget about looking after kids, I actually couldn’t even hold a mug, can’t lift or move or have a decent shower. Doctors suggested my pain can get better only with steroids injection but can’t be eliminated totally.
I’m so grateful for all the physical changes Yoga got me which I think any form of physical activity will give that. But the emotional, mental strength, peace within me, to be stable at any situation is something I think yoga only can give which is why they say yoga is a form of life. I really owe these changes in me to Shani.
I joined the classes with an open mind as I had no experience in yoga prior to this. I felt it was extremely relaxing after a few classes! It has been around 6-7 months now. I enjoy that Shani ensures every part of our body gets attention and I always look forward to Shani’s classes with every class having something new to learn!
