Yoga for me is more than a way to work out and look in a certain way. The ultimate goal of yoga is not to achieve the most complicated pose, but a journey within. Journey to know oneself better. Asana practice for me is all about picking up experiences through this journey on the mat. Mindfulness practice on the mat helps me stay present in everything that I do through the day, leading to conscious living and healthier happier life.
Making Yoga accessible to everyone and anyone, regardless of size, shape, age, level of ability or ethnicity is my motto!
